General Information
Iron ore is a basic mineral mined at the Iron Mine. It is available for mining at Tier 2 but cannot be smelted until Tier 3 at the Foundry. It can also be purchased from various traders or be sold for profit at the Trading Post.
Settling near iron deposits is advantageous as this is a resource you will need a abundance in Tier 3 when the ability to smelt it becomes available.
