Main menu

Overview

When you start the game itself, you're presented with the main menu. You can start playing in a new world, pickup from where you left off last time, or load a previously saved world. You also have several game settings that you can change to suit your preferences and needs.

Continue

After the very first time you create a world in the game, the first option you will be presented with on the main menu is the option to Continue. Selecting this will immediately load the world you were previously playing in and commence gameplay.

New Settlement

See the Beginner's Guide for details regarding this menu option.

Load Game

Pushing this button results in a list of previously saved games being displayed. Simply select one to start playing it.

Settings

Pushing this button results in the five settings categories being listed.

General
Interface
Video
Audio
Language

See game settings for details on all of the settings available to you.

Achievements

This functionality has not yet been implemented in the game.

Credits

Pushing this button immediately begins a crawling credit list.

Exit

Push this button to exit the game entirely.

Game Guide

Pushing this button will open a web browser window and navigate to the Farthest Frontier official game guide.
