Its secondary resource Node is unlocked with [[Iron Ingots]] and upgrading your Hunter Cabin to Tier 2. This enables your [[Hunter]] working in the upgraded building to craft Traps using [[Iron Ingots]] and trapping small game in his Gathering Area.
(Note: [[Hunter]]s that use Traps will gather more [[Tallow]] and [[Pelts]] but less [[Meat]].)

[[Hunter]]s are instrumental in defending your village and your people from [[Wolves]] and [[Bears]] in the early game before your first [[Watch Towers|Lookout Tower]].
Once the [[Hunter Cabin]] has been upgraded to Tier 2, the [[Hunter]]s will be able to construct hunting traps from [[Iron Ingots]] which will allow them to hunt for small game in an area, increasing the Pelt and [[Tallow]] yield from the [[Hunter]], but decreasing the [[Meat]] yield.
